Elliott & Painter, LLP traces its roots back to 1948 when Albert B. Cline and Roy Elmore began the predecessor firm of Cline & Elmore, CPAs in Gaffney, S.C. Ray Brandt joined the firm in 1964, later opening the Spartanburg office in 1975. Today our office is located in Spartanburg on East Henry Street in the Merrill Lynch building.
